A working copy of Exploration 3 to iterate on — same system, same colors — kept separate so Exploration 3 stays put. This is where the next round of changes to the background colors happens.

The living design doc (Courts v3) plus a prototype view. The documentation page is the full, self-contained system — statuses, outcomes, severity ladder, courts, shape language — with a "To discuss" section of live toggles for the open questions. The prototype view (coming soon) will show it living inside the real dashboard.

The starting point: the existing dashboard with a summonable assistant panel docked right. Two skeleton screens on mock data — the review queue and a review detail (Acme B.V., in the Courts visual style) — each with a screen-aware, read-only assistant whose suggested prompts double as the jobs-to-be-done list. The canvas for iterating on bridge interactions between chat and dashboard.

Three tabs — Overview, Policy, and Timeline. Overview groups the current evidence under a status header (active state, capability access, next and last review) and lets you click any item to edit it. Policy shows the framework and the policies run, with a version-upgrade preview (expected risk change, newly required evidence) and review rescheduling. Timeline lists concrete changes since the last review and links back to it. Self-contained mock data — no backend.

The Exploration 5 fork hard-wired to a single 'before you finalize' card — the approach switcher is gone. The card folds the case-level note to the connection and the optional sign-off request (with signer instruction) into one surface, below the capability cards. Scenario picker retained (capabilities, sign-off required, acting-as, reset) minus the design-approach dropdown. Scenarios and backend wiring carried over from Exploration 5 unchanged.

The AI company-activity sentence with a confidence indicator below it — a connected segmented meter plus the spoken level (Confidence high / medium / low). The level word opens a hover card for the 'why' (placeholder copy for now), and a bottom-right scenario picker flips between low, medium and high.
